Dr. Dennis E. Waguespack, DDS, MS
BridgeCreek Prosthetic Dentistry is known in Denver for quality of care and high standards of service to our patients. We are proud to work with other specialists and general practitioners as well as staff and laboratory technicians who share a goal of delivering consistent high quality care to each of our patients.
It is with great pleasure that Drs. Hoffman and Butler introduce Dr. Dennis Waguespack, who joined us in the practice on July 1, 2013. A native of New Orleans, Dennis spent most of his younger years in Texas. A graduate of Baylor College of Dentistry in 2010, he earned a certificate in prosthodontics and a Masters in Oral Biology in, 2013. Dr. Waguespack arrives with many more years of dental experience than initially apparent. He started working as a laboratory technician in a prosthodontist's office in 2007 performing many lab procedures and was ultimately contracted to fabricate gold crowns for patients. His numerous honors range from attaining the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America in 1999, to receiving a first place research award in February of this year at the American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics meeting in Chicago.
Dennis' wife, Kathleen, is a pediatric dentist and graduate of the dental school at Oregon Health Science University. She then attended Baylor College of Dentistry for her pediatric residency. Kathleen works at Colorado Kids Pediatric Dentistry in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.
Dennis comes with an array of great travel experience. He has visited many of the nation's national parks and civil war battlefields. He spent part of a summer sailing from Bermuda to Nova Scotia and sailed around the Isles of Scotland during another summer. He has done some major backpacking trips and scaled Mt. Rainier in Washington State. He also shares a passion for hunting and fishing.
Dennis and Kathleen share a love of the outdoors. Dennis enjoys cooking recipes from his Cajun roots in south Louisiana, and Kathleen is a wonderful baker of cakes and cookies. Dennis and his wife share their love for the outdoors and adventures with their two sons.
