Dr. Bellis is a native of Colorado and grew up in the Denver metro area. He comes from a long heritage of family members who are prestigious members of our dental community. He received his bachelor’s degree at Friends University in Wichita, Kansas, while playing on both the baseball and golf teams. He then went on to receive his master's degree in Biomedical Engineering in 2012 from New York University. While completing his master’s degree, he received a fellowship for teaching engineering to children and their families. Dr. Bellis then went on to complete his dental degree in 2016, and his prosthodontic certificate in 2019 from Stony Brook University. After completion of his prosthodontics certificate, he decided to continue his training and do a fellowship in Oral Oncology and Maxillofacial Prosthodontics from The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas.
Aaron’s wife, Jen, has already been serving the community working in the emergency room at Children’s Hospital Colorado in Denver, and now in Colorado Springs. She received her M.D. degree from Einstein University in New York. She then completed her residency in pediatrics at Cornell University, followed by a fellowship in pediatric emergency medicine at Mount Sinai in New York.
Aaron is excited to be coming back to live and serve in the dental community in his home state. He enjoys the outdoors, hiking, camping, fishing, skiing, and golfing and is looking forward to sharing these experiences with his wife and son.
